To achieve the most realistic look, we carefully mix wool fibers to match the exact colors and tones of your pet’s fur. Each strand is then planted little by little, layer by layer, to create a lifelike texture and depth.

Want to add your pet’s paws? Choose our upgrade option! Each paw is crafted with a steel wire inside, allowing you to adjust their position to your liking. Whether you want them resting, playing, or holding something, the choice is yours!

How are Meetcosmoss made?
Each Meetcosmoss is custom-made exclusively for your pet using the needle felting technique with 100% natural, soft wool. Needle felting is a hands-on process that compresses wool fibers together to create detailed textures and shapes. The nose and mouth of each Meetcosmoss are also carefully handmade. Full-body Meetcosmoss include an internal wire frame to provide stability and allow gentle positioning of the paws and tail.
How long will it take to get my orders?
As each Meetcosmoss is handmade, the process takes time. Our current estimated turnaround time is 2–3 months for completion. Please refer to the product page for specific estimates, with an additional 2–4 weeks for shipping depending on your location. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
What if l need a return or want to cancel my order?

How can l have my pet's real fur added into the portrait?
Upon request, we can incorporate your pet’s real fur, ash, whiskers, or teeth into the portrait. After placing your order, we’ll provide you with a mailing address for sending them.
How do we make sure your are happy with your Meetcosmoss?
Throughout the production process, we’ll send you photos and videos for review. If you have any concerns, we’ll discuss them and make adjustments to ensure your Meetcosmoss closely resembles your pet. We pay close attention to detail and strive to capture your pet’s unique qualities.
